Where we deliver and how long it takes. Delivery is not charged with your order — we confirm the exact fee with you afterwards.
Delivery areas
Your order payment covers your products only. Once we receive your order we check the delivery cost to your address through services such as Uber or Yango, message you the exact fee, and arrange delivery as soon as you confirm it.
Delivery areas are being configured. Tell us your address at checkout and we'll confirm your delivery fee once your order comes through.
Dispatch
Orders are prepared once payment has been verified on our side. Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not from the moment you order, and are working days — weekends and public holidays aren't counted.
Address details
Please give a reachable phone number and a clear landmark or directions in the delivery note. Couriers call ahead, and an unreachable number is the most common cause of a delayed delivery.
Tracking an order
Your confirmation email carries your order number. You can also see your orders in your account. If a delivery is running past its estimate, get in touch with your order number and we'll chase it.
